The location was marvellous, for example, a large zoo was at a short distance from the hotel. What's more, it was near to bus stations, lovely airy peaceful restaurant and the train station and walking distance to city center.

The location of the hotel was excellent - just a pleasant stroll away from a large zoo. The rooms were air conditioned and the bathrooms were excellent.

The restaurant was pleasant with delicious food, I tried excellent dishes. The bed here was exceptionally comfortable. The hotel was quiet and in a central location. Nothing to complain about, I had a wonderful stay and would happily go back again.

Great location near the train station and city center, making it convenient for exploring the area. The room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable, exceeding my expectations. The presence of tea/coffee maker, TV, free Wi-Fi, and toiletries was a nice touch. Despite being an older hotel, it was clean and well-maintained.

Very nice overall experience. Walking distance to a railway station and very quiet area. Very impressed with the particularly nice view from our standard room. Excellent restaurant and very good service. Excellent internet, parking on site.

Central location large rooms nice staff

The breakfast was very rich. The room was clean.

The bed was too small for 2 people and the blanket too short.

I recently stayed at Mercure in the town centre for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel had a peaceful and warm atmosphere despite being in a busy area. The room was comfortable and clean, and the room service was efficient without being intrusive. The reception desk staff were extremely kind and helpful, always willing to assist with any issue. I had a great stay at Mercure and would recommend it to others.

The hotel's location is unbeatable - within walking distance of both the train and bus stations, in front of the train station, close to the nearby supermarkets, and even close to the zoo! The rooms were clean with good facilities, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a lot of delicious options.

There was a strange ventilation system that connected my room with the neighboring room, meaning I could hear everything they were saying and TV they were watching.

The location was absolutely perfect and comfortable, close enough to the city centre adjacent to railway stations and bus stations, and Opole in southern Poland. It also was next to public transport.
